Thank you for shopping Classic Knot. No refunds; exchange only within 15 days of receipt. Do not machine wash — spot wash only.
Returns and exchanges
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you that the returned item has been received and whether the exchange is approved. Sale-item adjustments are based on the amount actually paid. Defective or damaged items are replaced at no charge, including standard domestic shipping.
Shipping
To return your product, mail it to Classic Knot, P.O. Box 556, Amherst, NY 14226. Please use a trackable shipping service or purchase shipping insurance. We cannot guarantee receipt of an untracked returned item.
International shipping
Shipping charges do not include international taxes or duties. Contact the customs office in the destination country for information about applicable duties or taxes. Customers are responsible for duties, taxes and customs charges incurred in shipping. The full value of package contents must be disclosed.
Delivery time for an exchanged product varies by destination. USPS First Class is the most economical option but may take longer and does not provide detailed tracking information.
