Shipping & Return Policy
Thank you for shopping Classic Knot!
*Return Policy: NO refunds EXCHANGE only within 15 days of receipt DO NOT machine wash, SPOT wash only!




 
NO Refunds exchange only! (But if applicable):
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 2 business days.
 
Late or missing refunds (if applicable):
If you haven’t received a refund yet, please first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Sale items (if applicable): refunds are for the actual amount paid.
 
Exchanges (if applicable):
We replace defective or damaged items for free including the cost for standard domestic shipping.  If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at he.com and send your item to: Classis Knot P.O. Box 556 Amherst, NY 14226

Please notify us of any return at classicknot@gmail.com so that we will be expecting your package.
Please use a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.


International Shipping:
Please be aware that shipping charges do not include international taxes or duties. Contact the customs office in the destination country for information about any applicable duties or taxes. If an order is placed on Suigeneric.com and then refused, you will be responsible for the original shipping & handling costs, as well as any duties, taxes and/or customs charges that were incurred in shipping the package. These amounts will be subtracted from your merchandise refund. Suigeneric.com has made every effort to minimize our international shipping charges. We only charge our cost for these services. We do not make any profit on our shipping services to international customers. Also, we are required by law to disclose the full value of the package contents and cannot alter this value. In the European Union, these fees can be 30% or more of the total declared value of your order.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.
* USPS First Class shipping is the most economic option available but please be advised that it may take longer that receive the package and that it does not provide detailed tracking information.
